House no 12  is situated in the historic centre of Agde between the town museum and the river Herault. The food market, shops and restaurants can all be found nearby, and the baker is in view of the house handy for your morning croissant! The building dates from the 16thCentury and has been totally renovated in 2000 to provide an attractive mix of modern facilities and traditional style.  

     Ground Floor- The bedroom has a basalt stone floor typical of the traditional houses in the area. There is a four poster bed and matching furniture. En-suite is a shower room with toilet sink and washing machine.  

  "A great place to sit and ponder on days gone by; who lived here and what there lives were like. Sue and Ted have created a real pearl heaps of character but simple and comfortable.
